Jarrod carefully explained the process and potential costs so that we knew exactly what to expect.

The other two pool companies did not invest near as much time, they simply measured the yard and told us they had a 6-8 month waiting period due to COVID and would send us a quote. Old Town Custom Pools followed up within a week with a quote, rendering of our pool, and a window in which they could start construction pending permit approval. We signed the contract and could not be happier that we did.

The quality of work is second to none! We have received many compliments and are confident in the quality of the equipment and material used.
